Cancellation of Orders
If a customer cancels an order before it has been shipped then Varadarams may accept the Cancellation and refund the payment to the customer within a reasonable time frame after deducting bank transaction charges .
However we will not be able to offer cancellation after the order has been shipped from us and would not be able to provide a refund in such cases.
Return and Exchange Policy
Only Goods that are clearly damaged or defective will be eligible for refund or exchange.
Photos of the defect or damage must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will revert on the acceptance or rejection of the claim.
All goods accepted for refund or exchange must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the product
Kindly note that we do not accept returns or refunds on account of weaving artifacts like variations in the weft or warp, knots in the thread, loose weft, loose or tight threads etc.
There may be a significant variation in the colors depending upon the resolution and display characteristics of your monitor. Kindly view the colors on more than one device before you place your order. Refunds or Exchange will not be permitted for color variations.
Refund or exchange once approved by us will accepted only if the product is returned in its original condition, unused, with its folds in place and with our original tags or labels on it. It should be returned only in the box in which it was sent along with the copy of the Invoice and by the same courier.
The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to us.
The product should be shipped to Varadarams Silks, 88, Harrington Road, Chetput, Chennai-600031.
Once received by us we will inspect the product and if found in order and the defect genuine, we will initiate the refund to the same account from which the payment was originally made.
The refund shall be credited within 7-10 working days from receipt of the returned goods.
In the above situation if the customer wishes to exchange the product, it will be processed as a refund after which the customer can purchase again.
All the terms and conditions outlined above for refunds operate for Exchange also.
Frivolous or baseless complaints will not be entertained and no refunds will be given in such cases.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
